Wacom Intuos Small (Black-Wired CTL-4100K)

The Wacom Intuos Small (Black-Wired CTL-4100K) is the wired version of Wacom’s entry-level pen tablet — the safest on-ramp to digital art with Wacom’s legendary drivers and bundled creative software, no Bluetooth setup needed. Available at Circuits Egypt for 5,299 EGP with a 1-year local warranty.

Why Intuos Small (Black-Wired CTL-4100K)

The Wacom Intuos Small Wired is the single most-recommended entry-point to digital illustration. Wacom invented the pressure-sensitive pen tablet, their drivers are the industry standard, and the bundled creative software gets you drawing on day one. The wired version removes the Bluetooth setup — plug in Micro-USB and start.

Design & Build

Slim, lightweight body with a paper-feel drawing surface and 4 ExpressKeys along the top edge. Battery-free Wacom Pen 4K feels balanced in hand and tracks precisely. Small active area (152 × 95 mm) suits one-handed desk work or laptop setups.

Drawing Experience

4,096 pressure levels translate hand pressure into line weight smoothly. The Wacom Pen 4K is battery-free (EMR), so you never charge it. The drawing surface has a subtle textured finish that mimics paper friction — important for controlled line work.

Bundled Creative Software

Download a free copy of creative software with your registration — typically Corel Painter Essentials, Clip Studio Paint (trial + discount), or similar. Wacom rotates the bundled apps; check the registration page for current offers.

Connectivity & Compatibility

Micro-USB wired connection for zero-latency drawing. Compatible with Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, ChromeOS, and Android 6.0+ (via Micro-USB). Wacom’s driver support is the gold standard for stability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wired or Bluetooth — which should I buy?

Wired is cheaper and has zero latency. Bluetooth adds wireless for a clean desk. If your laptop has a free Micro-USB port, wired is fine; if you want a cable-free workspace, get Bluetooth.

Is the pen battery-free?

Yes — Wacom Pen 4K is EMR (electromagnetic resonance). It never needs charging or pairing.

Does it work with my phone?

Yes — with Micro-USB adapters and an Android 6.0+ phone, you can draw in Medibang, Clip Studio, Ibis Paint, or any compatible app.

What software comes bundled?

Wacom bundles different software periodically — commonly Corel Painter Essentials, Clip Studio Paint trials, or similar. Register the tablet to see current offers.

Is the warranty valid in Egypt?

Yes — Circuits Egypt provides a full 1-year local warranty.
